These PINK boots are made for walkin'
I love cold weather.
Let’s just say, I’ve increased the jacket collection.
However, my FAVORITE part of cold weather isn’t jackets (hard to believe), it’s BOOTS.
I adore boots! Thigh high, cowboy, scrunchie, leather, furry, even hiking! I’m truly a
boot-a-holic.
I will admit my collection is missing pink boots. The song “These boots were made for walking” by Nancy Sinatra comes to mind when I think of pink boots. I suppose at some point I will own a pair, how can I resist?
These are on my Christmas list...Honey are you reading this??? *wink*
So, all my pink friends, are you daring enough to own a pink pair
Merci to Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for hosting this grande fete! Be sure to visit her & the other pinkies and leave comments...we love 'em
I love it so much that even though I lived most of my life in southern California, I owned at least 20 cold weather jackets. Needless to say, they didn’t see much action…until we moved East.

I too love boots! Pink thigh high boots? I'm thinking... not, ha! I may wear pink ankle boots with pants. Now that would be cute!
ReplyDeleteHappy PS,
Jacalyn
Any gal who can give us a fabulous post like this one has caught me hook, line, and sinker....I am now your 50th follower. I cannot wear boots to save my old soul, but if I could I would want the ones you want your hubby to give you. They are just too cool. Love this post, and appreciate your sweet comment bout my sampler. genie
ReplyDeleteI'll take one of each in a size 8-I'm a shoe lover(over 300 pairs) so I would take any or all of these-great post!
ReplyDeleteI love all those pink boots! Happy Pink Saturday.
ReplyDeleteI only have a few pairs of boots but I am right there with you on the jackets. I love coats and have more than I really to admit. :) HappThanks party. The Vintage Nest gives a portion of the profits to our local Second Chance animal shelter. I love all the fur babies you feature on your blog. I hope all those wonderful babies find forever homes.
ReplyDeleteI vote for the lace up ones! Happy Pink Saturday! I am following you back and am off to check out the puppy clothes! Happy Pink Saturday!

Too cute!
ReplyDeleteNow, I've got to check out your do clothes, since I have a large furry family!
LOL! Cute post.
ReplyDeleteI used to own a lot of boots, too, and my favorite ever were a pair of black kid. Oh, how I loved them. And I had a long, military style coat with red trim on the color and brass buttons. Very good looking, and I thought I was stylin! But with these, honey, I know I would be!
XO,
Sheila :-)
I live in Southern California and I love cold weather too. I love coats and boots. Luckily it has been raining early this year and I have gotten to wear my boots. I love all your boots!!!
ReplyDeleteHPS...late,
Sue
Oh dear, I could never wear any of those boots. But I love the song. :)
ReplyDeleteOh Nicki Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteThis was the best. I loved her video and I had forgotten exactly what the dance looked like that went with it. I love it. Thank you so much for the memories.
I was born in S. Carolina, Daddy was in the military. We eventually moved back to Oklahoma, and that is where I lived until I got married. We moved out here to Phoenix almost 26 years ago, and have been here every since. I really love it here, and yes this is home. Love the weather, don't miss the cold. We will retire here.
Sunny and warm here sweet friend. What is it like there? You got your warm boots on today?
Have a beautiful Sunday. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
